Welcome to Galway Food Tours. By booking a tour, purchasing a gift voucher, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Galway Food Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides guided food tours, tastings, and related experiences in Galway, Ireland.
These Terms apply to all bookings made directly with us or through authorised partners.
By booking a tour, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website or authorised partners.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are stated in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer cancellations:
- More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund or reschedule.
- 2–7 days before the tour: 50% refund or reschedule where possible.
- Less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund.
Our cancellations:
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, venue closures, guide illness).
- In such cases, customers may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled tour.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue in accordance with Irish law.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be used as full or part payment for any Galway Food Tours product.

5. Participation & Safety

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary requirements, or access needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these but cannot guarantee that all requirements will be met.
Tours may involve walking on uneven surfaces. Participants should ensure they are physically able to join.
Alcohol may be served on tours; participants must be over 18 and may be asked to show valid ID.

6. Liability

Galway Food Tours is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participation is at your own risk. We accept no liability for any illness, injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during a tour, except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Galway Food Tours and may not be used without permission.
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or that the site will be error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
