Meet Mike, an artist and gaeilgeoir who has had a stall on Galway’s famous centuries old market for over 17 years. He sells eggs, honey and our much loved Galway Bay oysters.
He will talk you through what is involved in getting the oysters from these shores to our plates. Best of all, get a shucking demonstration and taste an oyster fresh out of the water.
